Kaj-Erik Hartwall, Erik's younger son and brother of Victor,
was born in 1968. He currently operates as Managing Director in his
own industrial powder coating company, Coating Tech Ltd, founded in
2005. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur Kaj-Erik worked in several
of the family's companies. His experiences with Lankapaja are what
inspired him to take on the challenges of founding and running his
own company. Like his father and brother, Kaj-Erik also holds
positions as an active member of the board in several of the
Hartwall family's companies.
